Refunds

We provide full refunds if you are not satisfied with the product however you must notify us within 3 working days from receiving said product of your intention to return and requiring refunds. You should notify us here of your intention to return / refund. 

You are required to return the product at your own cost and with the product not being damaged or worn, with packaging intact

 

I want an upgrade?
If you have received the product and would like an upgrade, please click ‘here’ and do the necessary. You would then be required to return the product to us in the same manner in which you have received it ( unworn, unwashed and in the proper packaging ) and you are also required to top-up the price difference and show us proof of said top up.

 

Once we have received the returned product and verified the top-up, we will ship the upgraded product to you at no shipping cost

 

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website or the product is damaged, please notify us “here”. You would be required to ship the product back to us for our verification, and you will be given a coupon up to 50% discount for your next purchase.
Further to this, once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (within 10 working days)

 

Notification to return

You must notify us ‘here’ within 3 working days of receiving said product of your intention to return. Any notification after the lapse of the 3 days period will no longer be entertained unless your delay to notify us is justified. You would be required to contact our customer service further on this matter.
