Delivery timelines

For all deliveries to Australia, Singapore and Malaysia are fulfilled between 2 to 7 normal working days , however please take note of delays during the holidays and peak seasons

For all International orders, the fulfillment will be based on destination and will be between 7 to 14 working days.

Product not received for Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore

Please lodge a complaint “here” notifying us that you have not received the product. Please include the order number, tracking code to enable us to track the missing product and get back to you.

All products lost in transit would be compensated by us. Upon verification, a new product will be shipped to you immediately (pending stock availability ) together with a discount coupon for future purchases which you will receive via email.

All products shipped to the wrong address due to our error will be compensated by us. Upon verification, a new product will be shipped to you immediately ( pending stock availability ) together with a discount coupon for future purchases which you will receive via email.

All product shipped to the wrong address due to your error, a compensation will not be made by us. You would be required to place a new order at your own cost with the right shipping address to receive a new product. Option to waive shipping cost of this new product to you is at our own discretion.
